Unwilling to redeem Frequent Sipper Club Card

I today wanted to redeem my Frequent Sipper Club Card at the Davenport branch, but this was refused as I did not purchase my drinks at the Davenport branch. The terms on the card clearly state that cards can be redeemed at ANY Gloria Jean's outlet around the world. I consider this attitude unacceptable and will not be supporting this branch again.
