Frequent guests ensured smaller rooms

Why is it that every time I stay with SS you give me smaller and smaller rooms? As a frequent guests, the least you should be doing is offering the same size rooms? Very disappointing... definately makes you book with the competition. You should be saying"welcome back... Here's a smaller room than last time... hope you enjoy your stay... Your repeat business actually means nothing"
