Fedhealth Medical Scheme
No reply to queries

I have been a member of fedhealth for many years. I am experiencing an issue where fedhealth is not paying claims I submitted. I have sent them emails on 2nd August (020813Q6G9FN, 020813Q6G98W, 020813Q6G98T) and 19th August (190813Q7P3FL). I'm not sure why they are not responding to my queries as they have normally been quite good at doing this.
