Managers are driving hooters into the ground

I am appalled at the managers of Hooters Cape town. They are always at the back, not on the floor, and they dont give a single f#$k about the happiness of the girls working here, I know the girls personally having been a regular for quite some time. The girls are miserable because of the way management treats them, most are considering resignation on these grounds within the next few weeks. There are no more fun promotions here and the place has really deadened. Nothing goes on here anymore because most of the time the managers sit at the back watching the girls on the cameras and barking orders through a phone at them. They sit on youtube all day and take no responsibility or leadership amongst their staff, and i find this extremely worrying. if they dont start changing their ways i will be leaving hooters for good and spreading a very bad reputation by word of mouth as well. Very VERY dissatisfied.
