Worst experience eve

We get to hooters willow crossing for the first time, we often go to four ways hooters and have a great experience every time, we were hoping this one would be the same, as we get there, we get told they do not have any specials like the other hooters branches, which is the reason we came here, then we order curly Fries and we get dry crinkle cut chips! Then my friend finds a long hair in her food, we approach the manager and he laughs at the hair in the food and assures us that it's clean hair and that the waiters here wash tier hair an walks off!!! We call the waiter to show her, she tell us it's not hers and laughs and walks off!!! Really not how we thought hooter would treat their customers!!! I will make sure that every one knows about their terrible service!!!
