WOW! Awesome service!

I have been a loyal Spec-savers customer since my early teens and I am now in my late twenties. Yesterday (21-08-2013) my glasses broke, this being just before my track weekend at Phakisa this very weekend (23-08-2013). Being mostly blind without my glasses I was facing a rather daunting situation.

Either I ride without my glasses, a very dangerous prospect.

or

I cancel, this wouldve been rather annoying as I have been looking forward to this weekend for the last three months and I have booked and paid in advance.

I was reffered to Spec-savers in Lakeside mall from the Farrarmere Medicross. I am glad this happened because Priscilla and Johanna went above and beyond my initial expectations.

They found the exact pair of frames I have, had the lab transfer the current lenses and my medical aid paid for them on the spot.

WOW!

Their service was amazing, their friendly nature was really inviting and their understanding of my predicament was exact.

Never before have I been bowled over by service like this, keep up the amazing standard! Please make sure that Priscilla nd Johanna get this compliment, they really do deserve it.
