Worse than a taxi driver

This morning while driving along Rivonia road, I stopped at the St David's traffic light in the left hand lane. While waiting, a white BMW 5 series (Number plate: SAXON 2) came screaming up behind me, swerved to the right, into the turning lane, he then slowed down and stopped half way through the intersection. After waiting for a car to pass he then sped off while the light was still red. He was alone in the car, and I'm not sure what sort of rush he was in, but I watched him cruise into the Shell, parking in front of the convenience store.
I have no time for reckless drivers on our roads, and with a representative of such a highly esteemed and well recognised spa and boutique hotel I am utterly disappointed and angry at your driver's behaviour.
