Not getting my additional cards

My membership number is 166328610. My postal address is 93 Mulberry Road, Mulberry Park, Queensburgh, 4093. I've been trying to order 2 additional cards since April 2010 after my 2nd baby was born. I'm calling discovery at least once every month however I only get bad attitude from their consultant. today at 14:48 I called the call centre but the consultant I spoke to went silent for more than 5 minutes without even putting me on hold or telling me what he is doing. this happen more than 3 times. I with their service. All I need is additional card for my son Simphiwe and my daugther Esethu. Esethu is not even added on the card I have which is a problem when I take her to doctors. sometimes I pay cash for her visits. I relocated to Johannesburg now and they are in KZN I need additional cards for each of them.
