Dishonest decor rental company - your wedding

Planning my wedding was great fun and Perfect Occasions was ever so eager to assist. This was up until the day of delivery. After having a written agreement of a delivery time, they arrived almost 2 hours late, without apology and a terrible attitude. Not giving me enough time to check all the stock, the driver threatened to leave with everything if I didn't sign the T's&C's and pay the full breakage deposit, cash - so there is no paper trail... This cost me overtime payment to my florist. When I opened the candelabra's, one was completely broken, from being transported on the back of a bakkie! We reported it immediately. They delivered another candelabra, but charged me another delivery fee. Whilst on honeymoon, we get this email with a list of damages. Non of which is true, as everything was packed up by our parents and not venue staff. When confronted about it, the response is, "Sorry you feel that way" taking our entire breakage deposit, based on "their word". This is a company that have a Bible verse in their signature. The hypocrisy of it all. The last time I checked, dishonesty was something that the Bible is against. Then you wonder why so many people hate Christianity
