No interest in speeding up process

Good day

I urgently need Specialist Authorisation code for a Psychiatrist to see the doctor on the 15 August, the next available appointment is the 4 November 2013. I have not claimed any Specialist Benefit since 2007, I do not have the money to pay this appointment cash and then claim it back from the medical aid. How can Discovery not speed this process up if it is an emergency? Surely if I was admitted to hospital hospital this would have been authorised immediately. Is there no way I can get the number quicker?
