This is the THIRD month now that I have been sent from pillar to post by Discovery Health with regards to my membership, because they're trying to make sure that they do not cover my pregnancy. When I called their offices about 2 or 3 weeks ago, l learnt that my payments are lying as credit in their account, yet my situation still has not received a final from their Team and I am still NOT covered.

My husband's broker and myself have been sending numerous emails, but each person we deal with from their offices is giving us different stories (which don't sing the same tune). By now, things have reached a point where I'm waiting for a refund that they have gone mum about for over a week, meaning that I cannot move forward. Then the next thing I'll find is that they will try and tell me that I did not make the timeframe in responding to them. Then the MESS will start all over again with going back on emails to prove that I had been corresponding with them, and that they are the ones who had not been coming back to me.

Its been this for about 3 months and I am HIGHLY FRUSTRATED, and I feel like my own service provider has NO loyalties to me as a Client yet I'm paying them.
