Discovery Health fails in Customer Service

The service received from Discovery health has been appalling. I took over my fathers medical aid contributions in his retirement and I have been disgusted by:
1. Their inability to process administration efficiently.
2. Not following instructions and continuing to deduct for a service I requested to be removed.
3. Customer services not reading email requests leaving me having to send various emails on the same item.
4. Bad attitudes from call centre agents through the number of phone calls I've had to make.
5. They tell you they are recording your call, but fail to make notes of any call recording when you request information.
Discovery Health has left me frustrated and irritated.
Here is to BAD SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND!
