Handed over to lawyer for non payment

I had a call from Lawyers Daly Morgan for non paymnet of an account in 2011. I told the woman this was paid by my medical aid. I had to contact discovery to get the proof of payment. I told Ingrid in 2011 that I wanted a refund on my "R150" admin fee if she wanted me to deal with my mediacal aid. I had to pay this cash before she would treat me but never heard from her again. Instead she handed me over to lawyers saying I didn't pay an account that I did. I want a refund of my money and an apology for the stress caused by this.
