Don't expect to get any money back from claims

I sent some receipts to discovery a FEW MONTHS ago, to claim money back. They acknowledged receipt of them, then I had to "Prove my banking details". Er, you were drawing money from my bank account for many years previously, you have them already. Another hurdle to getting money out of them obviously. It is now 3 months later and I have still not received a refund. I do not recommend this medical scheme, as they are very sharp at taking your money every month, but getting ANYTHING out of them is a difficult process. discovery, you will pay the money due by the end of the week, else I go to Consumer Watch and the local newspaper.
