Membership Unfairly Cancelled

One the 1st of July all I did was request that my discovery medical be transferred as is together with my existing vitality membership onto my personal capacity as opposed to my ex- employer.

On the 1st of August I stepped into the virgin active (as this was one of my vitality benefits) only to find my vitality benefit had been cancelled.
I did not request this, nor was I informed that this with take place.
I've more than met all the requirements to keep this benefit active together with making all payments for this benefit available on time.

I have logged a request to have this fixed but is taking too long and it is very frustrating and embarrassing to not be allowed into the gym in the interim while the issue is being resolved.
All I want is my gym membership benefit active as per the signed agreement.
