Earlier this year, and being a frequent guest at Southern Sun (now Tsogo Sun), I was asked to participate in a survey run by Intercact RDT on behalf of Southern Sun. It required me to fill in details online about staff, service, dining and everything to do with the stay which I duly did and provided the detailed feedback required.
In return for doing the above I was promised about 900 points as Southern Sun obviously values my input as a frequent guest and it would assist them with their customer service.
The above events took place in February this year and despite me making several enquiries, the promised points were still not allocated to me and remain outstanding for almost 6 months now. I don't even get responses to my emails any more. This is very unprofessional and I write this to warn other guests against Southern Sun / Interact RDT tricking you into completing their very detailed survey with the promise of points only never to receive such points.
