Hygiene, Upkeep and Maintenance

6 friends booked for a 2 hour treatment on 28th July 2013. Although the therapists were amazing, the general hygiene and upkeep was shocking. There are only 2 change rooms, 1 male and 1 female so you have to stand outside the door until the person has finished changing. There were cockroaches at the entrance. The towels were torn. The gowns were dirty. The slippers were used and old. The massage beds were terribly creaky so it was difficult to relax during the treatment. People were coming in and out of the treatment rooms while we were having massages. Very unprofessional.
