It cant cost R880 to use your facility for 5min

This goes back to a previous complaint. My then 7 week year old son was in casualty in Novemeber 2013. Doctor made me feel paranoid, just gave my child a suppository and sent us home, think we were there for 10 min, did not get satisfactory treatment and were sent home. It turned out my son had meningitus and his treatment was thus late and cost alot more at medi clinic. ONLY today do I get a statement from that doctor that attended that night for R380. I also got a statement from casualty for R880. I thought the doctor (that I must pay for who did not provide satisfactory treatment) was included in the hospital bill. My word R1260 for NO TREATMENT but ah its just fever just give empaped and send them home is ridiculous. Please provide me with the appropriate body to which I can escalate this.
