Unable to apply for meds for my holidays

I've been trying to submit an application to Discovery for an extended supply of medication as I am going on holiday in a week.
Despite sending the email to the correct email address, I get the following nonsensical response from a Lisa Van Der Byl "Thank you for contacting Discovery Health.
No Attachments
Please note that there are attachments on the email you sent through to us. Please resend with the attachments to [Email Removed] If you are submitting the application for extended supply of medication, this can be emailed to [Email Removed] Please allow 2-3 working days for processing"

Reading this email makes no sense. They are confirming that the email I sent them had attached documents and they are inviting me to resend the same documents to the same email address they are responding from (which is where I sent the docs to in the first place), and then giving me an alternate email address which bounces.

If they're trying to waste my time, they're doing an exceptional job.
If they're trying to anger me they are succeeding.
If they're trying to deliver a quality service however, they are failing miserably.
