We have been trying to claim an amount back from the 21 June 2013 and each time i phone the call centre they forward it to the claims department. A email was sent to Mbudana Sprinkaan Malindi [Email Removed] and the person forward this on the 8 of July 2013 and still no response. 001136287
this is unaccpetable and response to sort out this querry will be appreciated
