Unable to cancel membership

On 25 February 2013 I send an email to [Email Removed] informing Discovery that I would like to cancel my membership. On 28 FEbruary 2013 I received an email back from
[Email Removed] informing me that there is a 30 days notice period for cancellation. I immediately responded and informed them that I want to cancel my membership and considered this email 30 days notice.
On 3 April 2013 another debit order for Discovery went off against my account...
What do I have to do to get Discovery out of my life?
