Incompetent treatment

26/6/2013@21:00 This is not the treatment I am used to receiving as a private patient in distress. There are various complaints concerning the treatment of patients at this clinic of late.
I will appreciate an urgent immediate investigation into the competence of the matron and student outpatient nurse.
