Discovery refusing to pay specialist for months

My baby broke her arm & was admitted to hospital. The specialist that had seen to her is not contracted to any medical aid. I submitted all details to discovery. Conveniently I was only told after 4 months they can't pay because its a late claim. Then I am told the codes are wrong. I resubmit & they come with the same excuse. They claim to have sent the email to the specialist but the specialist said nothing came from them. Now I am sitting with lawyers letters & summons for the claims from the specilist & x ray firm. I am in my final stages of pregnancy & this is really fraustrating to deal with when I have so much else to do. This is not the first time I am having an problem with them. They quick to put charges up with no good service in return. Discovery claims to worry about they customers but all they do is consume our money
