Non-disclosure

We have emailed the non-disclosure researcher but she has not responded. We applied for medical aid one month after getting married and we were sure that my wife was not pregnant because she had not missed her period at the time of application. Two months after joining we discovered that she was pregnant. Does this count as non-disclosure? We contacted momentum 2 times during the beginning of the year to notify and to register the pregnancy. we did not get any response until this week saying we were guilty of non-disclosure. We believe we did not fail to disclose as my wife had not missed her periods when we applied. At the same time the response should come within a reasonable time such that we could make arrangements we had the impression that all was well only a few weeks before admission this we feel is a little bit cruel. please momemtum have a look at my case again.
