I have been with momentum since I was less than 20weeks pregnant but now at 30weeks I moved to my spouse's medical aid whois also on Momentum but now I want to register for the maternity benefit and their telling me I'm registering too late and the auth will take 24hours. I am currently experiencing cramps and need to see a gynae today!! its not as if im joining the medical aid as a new member and I have been with them the whole year so why must I be treated like a new member when I'm simply moving over? shouldn't my auth be released today as its an emergency it does as I need to see my gynae, what happened to medical aids having sympathy? I want this sorted out today, with discovery you would never have such problems
