Terrible customer service

I got an account from my dentist and I have been struggling for about 2 weeks to get hold of Prosano. The number that they provide does not work. I have a query for a 2012 account and I received no statements from them nor can I contact them to query the account. What can I do? It's unfair that I paid medical aid fees but I am not getting service. I want a resolution for this matter.
