OUTSTANDING / UNPAID HOSPITAL ACCOUNT

My daughter had operation on 5 Dec 2012. I received authorisation from the medical aid. Today, 27 June 2013 I received call from the hospital to advise that the account has not been paid to date. I have called CareCross and they advised that they no longer part of Prosano as from 1 April 2013. Prosano received my membership contribution fees on time every month. My credit record is at stake here and i personally feel that it is unfair. Will this account be paid and if so when? What is the reason that this account is still outstanding? Will my credit profile be updated on the credit bureau?
