Ignoring dentist request for payment

I have never had any problems with Anglo Medical Scheme until today. I recently went to a dentist to give my teeth a well deserved clean. I was actually due for another one next week but I'm afraid I won't be showing off my pearly whites any time soon as I received a call from my dentist demanding a payment of R800 because Anglo Med Scheme is ignoring their request for payment. I pay my fees every month and I don't abuse my medical aid so I phoned Anglo but they seemed hesitant to even help me. Only saying that I must provide them with all the details. Now being at work, I do not have all those details and asked them if they can phone the dentist to sort it. They refused as they expressed its my responsibility. Why? They are the ones not doing their job and now I must not only run after them but also fork out cash which I do not have to waste on something that should have been paid. I am truly disgusted with their service and lack of caring
