I would like to compliment Jacobus Nel on his outstanding service he provided me when I phone discovery health on Monday to assist with information on how to transfer my current medical aid (as beneficiary under my husband's name) to my own separate medical aid. Jacobus was extremely friendly and most importantly, incredibly efficient and helpful.
