PLEASE HELP URGENTLY

Good day Peter, please can you help me urgently I was on Polmed medical when I was made permanent here at my work so there was no need for me to join Bank Med medical aid, so in June 2013 my polmed expired so I joined Bankmed, so now they have deducted R1943.00 X 4 = R7772 from march till date of which I fail to understand now my payslip says I'm going to get 1478.80 please help me because my pay date is the 20th and I will have return debits on my account which affects my credit record and I don't want that at all please peter HELP ME URGENTLY, I have been in contact with Bankmed and I am waiting for feedback but I need this matter sorted out urgently before my pay date I want my money back before i collapse
