Last Day Great Special

They sent me numerous e-mails telling me about a great special on advertising my guest house in about eight different websites for R 700. I paid the money via eft and I received an e-mail telling me that they will put up a website for me and send it to me for clearance within a few days. Nothing happened for a month, I sent them another mail asking what is going on or is this a. The lady replied that it is not a and they will contact me again. Nothing happened since then and now I do not get any replies from them. I asked them to pay my money back, also no reply. This correspondence is going on since 23 rd May.
