Food was late and wrong orde

We went there at 13:00 for our lunch hour to eat, and gave specific instruction that we only have an hour then we need to go back to work, we waited for the whole hour for our food and when they came out we had to send it back for take-aways, the take-aways came, we paid and left, only when I got back to the office to eat, I opened the container to find that I had the wrong order, my order was Mince and Cheese savoury pancake and I got a very cold Chicken and Mushroom pancake, which I do not like!!!
