Skukuza Restaurant - a disgrace to South Africa!

I visited the KNP on Sunday 16th June - the 1st time in over 30yrs. With many fond memories of Skukuza as a child, I got a nasty shock on Sunday (considering Sunday was Father's Day, and long weekend). We arrived for lunch only to find that we had to wait more than two hours to be served lunch at a table. Opting for take aways we went into the quick service shop. I suggest they remove the word "quick" from their name. We, as many many others, stood in a queue to order food for more than 20minutes. They were off-line at our till and had to run around trying to print receipts for the take away orders. At the counter we waited more than 45 minutes for our order. Only after I called the chef to query the order, did we get some response. People that queued the longest got their food long after people that arrived later. Our food was cold, the order was wrong (no cheese on the cheese burger), and the staff were totally incompetent to deal with complaints! I suggest you dismiss whoever's responsible for running this outlet! Where were they on Sunday? There was no one to deal with the customers! I plan on telling everyone I know about my experience so they don't visit Skukuza and experience the same
