Sick child and no help from the medical aid!!!

My son was born 29.08.12 healthy, we applied on the 25.01.13 for my son to be on the Medical Aid (MA) they sent through forms and we filled them in and sent it back on the 25.01.13 not hearing anything from the MA we were under the impression he was on, on the 13.06.13 my son got sick and i went to see a sister at a pharmacy and she said i should make an appointment with the throat and Nose specialist on the 26.06.13 i went and he said that my son needed grommets ASAP! at 10:00 of 26.06.13 i phoned for hospital admission and was informed that he was not on the MA! Finding out that they wrote down the wrong email address and never sending us the last acceptance letter he was never added, since then i he is finally on but now the need all kinds of info regarding his health and even said that i should phone the Dr's telling them that they should send through info that the MA need. Now 12.07.13 i still have no answer regarding hospital acceptance for the OP, every day its the same story, we are still waiting... Meanwhile my son keeps on getting infections in his ears and throat because they cant do their job like they promise every day!!! I have so many ref num its crazy and non work
