Disgusting attitude by staff

I have never experienced such terrible service at any hospital such as this. Took me two days to get hold of their dental accounts department. I tried to call the hospital to find an alternative number and was dealt with in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. If I had to deal with customers in the manner with which I was dealt with, I would immediately loose my job. Service such as this is enough to make me want to cancel the operation that I have booked with them.
