Bad attidude from the staff in Emergency Unit

Very early Sunday morning i rushed my best friend to hospital for excessive drinking and a overdose, if it wasn't bad enough having to deal with that when i get there i have to deal with the worst attitude from some young, confused, arrogant receptionist. I didn't get his name but he was the only guy on duty amongst the ladies who were extremely friendly but what gives him the right to give customers such a bad attitude! You would think the hospital would put considerate and friendly staff there because most of the time people coming in there are in quite a state! Then to have his very bad attitude doesn't help the situation at all!
