Hygene and Service at Sandton Medi Clinic

My sister, Vivien Baker, has recently had two ops at Sandton Medi Clinic due to complications after the first op. After 9 days she is home only to be back tonight with a blood and/or vein infection from the poor insertion of a drip. The treatment of the patients in Vivien's ward of 4 along with the rampant spread of infection due to poor hygiene and lack of care is what can only be called as disgusting! To think you pay a fortune for private health care only to be cared for in the worst way possible. Male nurses attending to near naked female patients, complete lack of privacy, spread of rapid infection and only getting meds at 11pm to be awoken at 4am. What has happened Sandton MC? You used to be the leader and now you are by far the worst. These are peoples lives you are dealing with and we pay a lot extra for good care. Get with the programme this is unacceptable!
