Noise and disturbing behavior - No Management

Quads are allowed to race within 200m of the Living and entertainment area consistent noise, guests allowed to consume private alcohol (Two Full cool boxes) in the car park and at the pool area. On complaining my wife requested a refund as we wished to vacate the premise, it was clear that the evening was to turn into a free for all and nothing was to be done about it. No refund has been forthcoming, Would be cautious when booking at Mogale Lodge, your planned restful weekend will not be as expected.. Feel free to contact myself for further clarity. Suggestion is to first do a recce to your planned destination before booking
