Hi

i submitted a claim with you guys last week got a responce that it was rejected as it was a dublicate.i called in to make an enquiry but i was told that the reason for that was on the TOP UP amount theres no code so you guys cant pay, upon enquiring this at my doctors rooms they say they do not have a code for the extra amount the doctor charged for the procedure. my question is where am i suppose to get the code from? claim number 12724640
