Commed Medical Aid
This is service?!

I submitted e-mails since the July tax month started, requesting my tax certificate from Commed Medical Aid. I have sent a dozen e-mails without even ANY response to it. I need to get my taxes done ASAP and I need the tax certificate from the medical aid since my claims are mainly from medical expenses.
I have till this date not received the certificate nor a reply to my e-mails!
I think withholding such vital documentation should be penalised.
