Poor service and bad quality

I had friends visiting from out of town and thought it would be nice to take them to San Bar for hot chocolate and to admire the view. We waited for ages to be served after which I went and called the waiter. Every time we asked for something it took an unreasonable time to be completed. The hot chocolates ordered were terrible and we sent these back, the replacement ones were only marginally better but still unacceptable. Due to time constraints we could not send these back as well, as it took over 10 minutes for the new ones to be made. What was meant to be a nice afternoon with friends was ruined by poor service and bad quality of the drinks. I won't be taking guests here anymore in a hurry.
