False Advertising - Dunkeld Country Estate

An email was received on the 21st November 2012 with a special offer on a package at the Dunkeld Country Estate, located in Dullstroom. I responded to the email indicating I would like to book and pay for the offer and use the accommodation in Feb 2013. No one bothered to respond to me. On enquiry with the Dunkeld Country Estate I was refered to Go Touch Down who conduct the bookings for the particular lodge. I find it unacceptable that there was no response to my email and the response from Go Touch Down is that the offer has expired. Clearly this appears to be false advertising as the booking agent is not prepared to escalate this matter to senior management.
