RESOLUTION HEALTH - RESPONSE A RUMOUR?!

URGENT URGENT

Kindly note a fax, copy of proxy form filled in as send by yourselves was emailed and faxed, and I had spoken to customer cancel my membership. But still to no prevail you keep on deducting monies from my bank account.

Cancelled medical aid due to a new work position - given a months notice, as nothing is being done to resolve this issue - monthly bank charges are charged to my account which will be held responsible to be re-imbursed back into my bank account with immediate effect.
