Kopano Bed And Breakfast
No rooms allocated after reservation and deposit

To my dismay and displeasure, I arrived at Kopano bed and breakfast on 24th June 2013 for a TWO nights reservation, I was NOT BOOKED or any ROOMS RESERVED for me and my family. The owner was not even available to assist. After more than 20 calls to his cell, he finally answered, acknowledged my reservation but had his family units already filled in with other guests. His solution was to refund my money leaving stranded in Rustenburg. My holiday plans were messed up due to his irresponsible action. I lost all monies spent on all other activities planned for my holiday.
