On 16 may i received an email from craig nossel saying i needed to go to the gym 8 times to avoid my membership being cancelled. i duly went a minimum of 8 times.

this morning 20th June i received another email stating my membership had been cancelled as i had not gone the required minimum of 30 times to the gym, HOWEVER when i go onto the virgin active it shows that i went 31 times (now i know my maths isnt so great, but i do now that 31 is more than 30)

and an pderson with the initials "SM" (could this stand for stupid) from vitality has the nerve to tell me they will not reinstate my membership because i didnt go the required 30 times (AGAIN I WENT 31 TIMES)

I PERSONALLY BELIEVE THAT VITALITY IS DOING THIS TO ALL THE MEMBERS WHO DO NOT GO TO THE GYM EVERY SINGLE DAY AND ARE JUST DOING THIS TO US OFF
