Funny that Discovery will promise you 3 working days to sort out a query, this is the same reason why I changed my medical aid
all they do is make false promises, worst part no one ever wants to take responsibility for ANYTHING...
I have had a claim query for over 2 weeks, no one can explain what's happening. At times i feel like they running a spaza shop instated
Of a professional business...
all i want is for my banking details to be changed and my refund to be paid back to me . i have spoken to 8 consultant and still no help. the manger never phones back ..this is rediculars
