LACK OF RESPONDING TIMEOUSLY TO COMPLAINTS

We have been on holiday at the Waterberry Hill resort in March. We really enjoyed our stay and it's a pity that it's now left with a bitter taste in our mouths. Firstly, we received 4 free spa treatments, which we tried to book from the Friday we arrived with no avail. The therapist blatantly told us that she doesn't have time for all this free treatments as she has to focus on the "paying" customers! On the Wednesday I phoned the head office of the Spa company, since we didn't get any joy from Waterberry Hill Reception. This was then done the Thursday. When we left on Friday morning, I told my husband not to take the hairdryer since it belongs to the unit. I forgot about the GHD Hairdryer that I have left in the 2nd room. My 2 sisters and hubby saw it there when we left but thought it belongs to the unit. I have made numerous attempts to try and solve the issue, but all I got from Johan is empty promises. I am of the opinion that this issue could have been dealt with in a much more professional and prompt manner, but at the end of the day I'm being treated like the criminal. It's a shame to know that a Resort Manager does not seem to have the ability to solve a stupid problem!!!
