Booking was made for 30 March 2013 and had to be pre paid as there is no card facilities available.
Booking was cancelled on 29 March 2013 due to unforeseen circumstanses.
Was told by Ronel at Waterberry Hill that refund will be made. Was informed by head office that no refunds to be made - I must take a treatment.
They do no have any Spa's in Gauteng
