DON'T RESPOND TO COMPLAINTS - LOST ITEMS IN UNITS

We've been to Waterberry Hill in Hazyview in March. I left my GHD Hairdryer behind, and the rest of our guests thought it belonged to the unit. I contacted the Resort Manager, Johan, and all I got from him was empty promises. Almost two months down the line I sent numerous mails to customer care which were read, and I have proof of. Needless to say, I never got any feedback from them. Johan however contacted me again, to make more empty promises! We also received 4 free spa treatments when we made the booking. We had to phone the head office the next Wednesday, since the therapist "was too busy to do the free treatments"!! The toilet did not let water in and I had to lift the lid of the cistern to let the water in to flush the toilet, unfortunately, the last evening the lid slipped and I broke it to my embarrassment. Why should I be placed in this type of situation in the first place, bearing in mind that the resort has been graded!!!
