Maternity Programme

Momentum Health is part of Multiply, or so I believed. With my first child, I register on their program and received a bag, etc after a assle. Then to find out at the end, somewhere someone did not save my Maternity Programme Authorisation number. I however never received the book and was busy sorting out the mixed up somewhere late at the end of my pregnancy.
Second Time: I registered, phone more than once to check and reconfirm my authorization number. Yah, I am registered for the Maternity Programme, and that was in March. No book yet, no bag, no magazine, no Multiply Maternity Benefits. Logged it via with Momentum, they responded; "Please be advised that we do not have access to Multiply and will not be able to assist further with your enquiry." Really, how difficult is to forward my enquiry on to Multiply, especially as you are suppose to be part of each other. So I will phone an multiply. So lets gross fingers and hope that I will get my hospital authorization number without hassle. Wait, it took Momentum last almost more than 6 months to pay that with an authorization number. The question is still there, will I ever get my Tina Ottes book. Disappointment guys!
